Service Description

Our first visit together we will: -Address the goals of both parties. -Review intake form and patient history from childhood to present; family, medical, psychological, and occupational. -Review of body organ system -Perform appropriate physical exam -Form a functional naturopathic diagnosis -Relevant functional laboratories will be recommended -Develop a plan toward optimum health through patient education and patient-doctor collaboration. -Determinants of health will be discussed -Initial clinical nutrition plan will be developed -Individualized nutraceutical and/or botanical medical agents may be recommended -Potential for therapeutic movement and exercise will be discussed -Environmental Wellness will be discussed -Lifestyle coaching and education will be implemented
