This consultation will include the following: -Address the goals of both parties -Discuss patient's existing health conditions, current prescription medications, and any current nutraceuticals and herbal supplements -Individualized recommendations are given to patient for high grade doctor-line nutraceutical and/or botanical supplements formulated and manufactured by approved facilities -Discuss potential therapeutic outcomes for treatment recommendations
